The child Ashley St. Clair said she welcomed with Elon Musk back in September is finally confirmed to be the tech mogul’s son. The name of the baby is now also revealed after he was previously only referred to as R.S.C.
Musk’s paternity test results are out
According to a report by the Wall Street Journal, Elon Musk’s paternity test results for Ashley St. Clair’s child are finally out, with the report from Labcorp saying that Musk’s ‘Probability of Paternity’ was 99.9999%.
St. Clair told the world about the baby in February
This comes after Ashley St. Clair, the 26-year-old conservative influencer, shared a post on Twitter/X in February announcing that she had the Tesla CEO’s child in September of 2024.
At the time, she wrote, “Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father. I have not previously disclosed this to protect our child’s privacy and safety, but in recent days it has become clear that tabloid media intends to do so, regardless of the harm it will cause.”
She wants to raise the child away from the spotlight
After St. Clair said she had to reveal the news about her child to the world after tabloids tried to leak it, she added that she intends to keep him away from the spotlight.
“I intend to allow our child to grow in a normal and safe environment. For that reason, I ask that the media honor our child’s privacy, and refrain from invasive reporting,” she said.
The baby is Musk’s 13th child
After a paternity test confirmed Musk to be a father, St. Clair’s baby is officially Musk’s 13th child, with the Tesla CEO now having a total of 14 children with four different women.
It had taken Musk a while to acknowledge this
Although Musk is confirmed to be the father, it had taken quite a while for him to acknowledge St. Clair’s initial claims.
Even when he showed knowledge of them, he had said “I don’t know if the child is mine or not.”
The child’s name is finally also revealed
Since St. Clair had intended to keep the baby out of the spotlight, the boy had only previously been referred to by his initials, R.S.C.
But the Wall Street Journal has now finally confirmed that the kid’s name is Romulus.
Musk and St. Clair seem on shaky ground
The SpaceX owner and St. Clair seem to struggle with being on the same page, with the MAGA influencer legally filing for full custody of the child.
According to St. Clair’s words to the Daily Mail, Musk responded to this by cutting child support by 60%, causing the mother to have to sell her Tesla to handle expenses.
