MANILA, Philippines — Government workers will begin receiving their mid-year bonus starting Thursday, according to the Department of Budget and Management (DBM).

(The funds for the mid-year bonus have been comprehensively released by the DBM to the implementing agencies in January 2025, which is why we respectfully call on our colleagues and heads of government agencies and LGUs [local government units] to hopefully give the mid-year bonus to their respective employees as soon as possible.)
