🧀 Air Fryer Grilled Cheese Sandwich (Crispy & Cheesy Upgrade)
Ingredients (for 4 sandwiches):

8 slices of white or sandwich bread

8 slices of cheese (like cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite melty cheese)

4 tbsp softened butter or mayo (optional: use garlic butter for extra flavor)

½ to 1 cup shredded cheese (for topping)

Optional: mustard, ham, or tomato slices inside
Instructions:

Assemble the Sandwiches:

Place 1–2 slices of cheese between two slices of bread.

Optionally, spread a thin layer of mustard or add ham/tomato inside.

Butter the Outside:

Lightly butter the outside of each bread slice (or spread mayo for a tangy crisp).

Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of each sandwich for that baked cheesy crust (like in the photo).

Air Fry:

Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for about 3 minutes.

Place the sandwiches in the basket (you may need to cook in batches).

Cook for 4–5 minutes, then flip and cook another 2–3 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

Let cool for 1–2 minutes before serving — the cheese inside will be molten.
