On a beautiful spring day in 2017, Hannah Simmons was driving her little daughter to a routine doctor’s appointment.
But the trip ended in tragedy when Hannah’s car collided with a truck.
Hannah’s family was devastated by grief. However, a few days later, they saw a photo from the accident scene that brought them some comfort and hope…
Twenty-three-year-old Hannah Simmons and her best friend were driving Hannah’s 9-month-old daughter, Alanna, to her check-up.
On the way, Hannah suddenly lost control of the car, and it crashed into a truck. Hannah, her 9-month-old daughter, and her best friend died on the spot.
A man at the scene called emergency services, but soon, he and other witnesses realized there was little they could do.
Meanwhile, 19-year-old Anisa was on her way to work when she approached the crash site. As the road was blocked off, Anisa took a photo to show her boss why she would be late. But it was only later that she noticed something in the photo that she hadn’t seen while taking it.
In the photo, a bright beam of light was breaking through the clouds, illuminating the spot where the woman and baby had died in the car.
Anisa felt she had to show the photo to the family of the deceased, and when they saw the beam of light, they burst into tears. Anisa’s aunt, Tara, also noticed the phenomenon and said to her niece, “It’s like they’re going to heaven, God has taken them to Him.”
While some skeptics believe the light was simply a reflection from Anisa’s car windshield, the family found comfort in it and saw it as a sign that Hannah, her 9-month-old daughter, and her best friend had gone to heaven.
