On July 7, which was a Monday, Phypers—who is 49 years old officially filed for divorce from Richards, 54, at a courthouse in Los Angeles. According to legal documents first shared by Page Six, the couple marked July 4 as their official date of separation.
Phypers, who is originally from California, is asking the court to grant him spousal support. In his filing, he stated that he hasn’t earned any income since closing his wellness company last year.
He broke that total down in his legal documents, saying they spend around $20,000 on clothing, $18,000 for rent, $10,000 on groceries, $8,000 for utilities, $15,000 eating at restaurants, and another $15,000 on general entertainment, according to Fox News Digital.
The divorce filing also claims that Richards brings in more than $250,000 each month. This income reportedly comes from her work on OnlyFans, her roles in reality television, and various brand partnerships. He’s also asking for an even split of their shared business, Smoke & Mirrors Entertainment, as reported by the outlet.

Eloise became part of the family when Richards adopted her in 2011. The 13-year-old has two older half-sisters—Sami Sheen, who is now 21, and 20-year-old Lola Rose Sheen.
Denise shares Sami and Lola with her first husband, actor Charlie Sheen. The former couple was married from 2002 until they divorced in 2006.

“It’s very empowering, especially for someone my age, that people still want to see me that way.”
The actress and mom of three also mentioned that Phypers had been incredibly encouraging when she started creating content. She added: “He knows what men love, and he’ll go through all the photos and say, ‘This is good. Do this. This is what guys like.'”
“When I joined OnlyFans, I was very concerned that I possibly could lose some jobs, but it was the opposite. I got more offers. I get roles where I’m like, the trophy wife or the sexy one.” she explained.

Among her upcoming projects, Richards is set to appear alongside Mickey Rourke as well as William and Daniel Baldwin in the film A Walking Miracle. She’s also listed as part of the cast for the TV show Second Chances and will be starring in Kevin Interdonato’s new project, Dirty Hands.
