The 36-year-old singer left fans gagged after she showed off the results of her body transformation on Thursday (April 17) with a pair of jaw-dropping mirror shots showing off a hot pink lace lingerie set from her own brand.
She captioned the post: “Smoothing lace is back,” showing off the front view before taking a snap from the back to model the lacy set.

Understandably, her comments were flooded with praise from fans, who wrote: “She said she feelin’ good as hell… I believe her,” one fan wrote. “Your fro! Your face! That lace!,” another gushed.
One user added: “BODY SO TEA I THOUGHT THE BRITISH WERE COMING.”
Others questioned the star on her body transformation, accusing her of using weight-loss drugs to achieve the bold new look.
She revealed in a new livestream on Tuesday that she’s actually lost a whopping 16% of her body fat by making a couple of simple changes to her lifestyle.
Lizzo – whose real name is Melissa Jefferson – explained that she’d lost weight by cutting out Starbucks and focusing on maintaining a calorie deficit.
She revealed that the only thing that had worked for her “across the board, science-wise, is calories in versus calories out.”
The four-time Grammy Award winner revealed the she cut out coffee altogether and focused on having “super savory” items in the morning instead of “sugary stuff”.
She explained: “Everybody’s body is different. Find out what works for you.”
Lizzo admitted that she’d initially rallied against the idea of counting calories, but believed it was a beneficial way “to fight against the American food system.”
She also revealed that gaining control of her anxiety was also key to her holistic transformation, explaining: “I’ve been working to get my anxiety under control for years.
“And then I decided that I want to release and I’m ready to stop waiting to be myself like fully and be happy.”
She revealed that she is now feeling “lighter, energetically and emotionally” after getting her physical and mental health in check.
Lizzo admitted: “I loved to distract myself with people. I loved to distract myself with food. I loved to distract myself with drinking. I loved to distract myself with problems that I would create. I would love to do that. And I stopped doing that.”
Despite the ‘Juice’ star’ candidness, some fans still accused her of turning to GLP-1 drugs such as Ozempic, Mounjaro, or Wegovy to help shift the pounds – something she has previously denied.
She shared a post in September 2024 telling fans: “When you finally get Ozempic allegations after 5 months of weight training and calorie deficit.”
GLP-1 drugs such as Ozempic were initially developed to help Type-2 diabetics lose weight and lower their blood sugar levels, however, it has increasingly been used for general weight-loss in recent years.
A 2024 South Park episode titled ‘The End of Obesity’ even made light of it by creating a fictional drug called ‘Lizzo’ that “costs 90% less than Ozempic” and made people not care about their weight.
The singer made light of the parody by posing in a costume based on the episode, sharing the pictures on Instagram.
