Virginia Giuffre is confirmed to have died in her home on the night of April 25. Her family also confirmed that she died from suicide.

One of the reasons why Virginia Giuffre is so well-known is because of her speaking out publicly after being sex trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein. She was allegedly taken to Prince Andrew when she was 17, and she said something on social media prior to her death that has caused some concern.

Unfortunately, Giuffre’s death has been confirmed by her family. The details say that she was found unresponsive at her home and first responders tried to provide emergency first aid. Unfortunately, the 41-year-old woman was declared dead at the scene.

The police also say: “The death is being investigated by Major Crime detectives; early indication is the death is not suspicious.”

Giuffre posted on social media not long before she died. At the time, she said that she only had ‘four days to live’ after being involved in a car accident. She also said that she wanted to see her three children one last time but otherwise, she was ‘ready to go’.

At the time, she was in the middle of a court battle with her estranged husband, Robert. In December 2023, she called him an ‘amazing man’ and went on to say that he had ‘rescued me from Epstein & Maxwell’s clutches’.

She was up against charges of breaking a family violence restraining order, a case that was first heard in Joondalup Magistrates’ Court in northern Perth on March 14. She did not enter a plea at that time but the matter was adjourned until June 11.

At that time, her agent said that she ‘looks forward to defending herself against [Robert’s] malicious claim’.

Giuffre went on Instagram on March 22 and posted: “My beautiful babies have no clue how much I love them and they’re being poisoned with lies. I miss them so very much. I have been through hell & back in my 41 years but this is incredibly hurting me worse than anything else.

“Hurt me, abuse me but don’t take my babies. My heart is shattered and every day that passes my sadness only deepens.”

On March 30, she posted a picture of herself in the hospital and said that she was involved in a car accident. She said: “This year has been the worst start to a new year, but I won’t bore anyone with the details but I think it important to note that when a school bus driver comes at you driving 110km[h] [68mph] as we were slowing for a turn that no matter what your car is made of it might as well be a tin can.

“I’ve gone into kidney renal failure, they’ve given me four days to live, transferring me to a specialist hospital in urology. I’m ready to go, just not until I see my babies one last time, but you know what they say about wishes.

“S**T in one hand and wish in the other & I guarantee it’s still going to be s**t at the end of the day. Thank you all for being the wonderful people of the world and for being a great part of my life. Godbless you all xx Virginia.”

Police have come forward to say that the minor crash did not result in any injuries. Her family later said the police had claimed there was ‘no one available to come to the scene’.

The family comment continued: “They asked if anyone was injured and suggested that if they were, they should make their way to the hospital.

“The school bus driver had a bus full of distraught children and left the scene to get them back, saying he would file a police report, which he did later.

“Virginia was banged up and bruised and returned home. Virginia’s condition worsened and she was admitted to the hospital.

“Concerning her Instagram post, Virginia thought that she had posted on her private Facebook page. Virginia and her family thank everyone for their concern.”

She is survived by her three children. May she rest in peace.
